Short Term Mission

Short term teams are an important part of any strategic plan for reaching a people group; they are bridges between sending churches and the people they are reaching.

On the field, short term teams build trust and good will with the unreached people group that helps open doors for the gospel. At home, they help their churches build awareness and keep the mission momentum going.

Short term mission teams can support the work of Story Bible teams. They provide on-site prayer and encouragement during the development of the Story Bible, and once it's translated, they can spread the Bible stories on digital media players. Some short term teams provide humanitarian aid or community development assistance like drilling water wells.

StoryRunners does not conduct short term trips directly since we are focused on development the Story Bibles, but our network of partners can help you find a place to support an ongoing project or start a new one.
