Description
The Human Resources Manager leads efforts to build and care for the StoryRunners team. This involves strategic planning for growth, administration, team building, staff development, recruiting and mobilization.
Responsibilities
- Staff administration
- Plan conferences and retreats
- Lead the staff review and development process
- Recruit
- Mobilize people into the mission field

All StoryRunners staff members
- Will demonstrate a calling to bring the message of Jesus to unreached people groups and those with no access to God's Word
- Will raise their own financial support unless otherwise noted (training provided) or they are volunteers
- Will practice the art of learning and telling Bible stories
Skills and Qualifications
- A love for people and a heart of compassion
- Some human resources experience
- Ability to work with people of diverse personalities and needs
- Organization and administration
- Strategic planning
- Conflict resolution skills
Education
A four year degree is required to join Campus Crusade for Christ as a supported staff member. Divinity or Counseling degree a plus.
Travel
Some domestic and overseas travel may be required.
