Regional Coordinator

Description

The Regional Coordinator sets up and oversees all StoryRunners projects in an area of the world, impacting dozens, if not hundreds, of people groups. Regional Coordinators creatively and strategically bring resources and partners together to start projects, and they provide accountability and follow-up once projects are going.

Openings are available for the following areas

  • Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Central Asia
  • East Asia
  • Middle East
  • Latin America
  • Europe
  • Russia
  • Deaf

Responsibilities

  • Network with other organizations and churches working in your area
  • Set up new projects, most often using the Story Bible Strategy
  • Nurture and guide projects and teams through their life cycle
  • Provide oversight and accountability
  • All StoryRunners staff members
    • Will demonstrate a calling to bring the message of Jesus to unreached people groups and those with no access to God's Word
    • Will raise their own financial support unless otherwise noted (training provided) or they are volunteers
    • Will practice the art of learning and telling Bible stories

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess good administrative skills and follow through
  • Good communication skills (cross-cultural a plus)
  • Enjoy networking with other people and organizations
  • Multilingual a plus
  • Able to multi-task several projects

Education

A four year degree is required to join Campus Crusade for Christ as a supported staff member. There are no education requirements for volunteers.

Travel

Some domestic and overseas travel are required.
